The interview experience was the worst. The interviewer lacked a basic understanding of technology. I don't know what kind of people are working here. Please don't waste your time with IBM recruitment; it is full of issues. It is not transparent. First of all, it will consume 2-3 months, and discrimination in hiring on the basis of caste, religion, ethnicity, creed, and region is rampant.
