The interviewer was great. They asked about my projects and checked my understanding of those concepts. They didn't drill down on the same generic interview questions. I had a good experience and would highly recommend the practice and the people conducting the interview, without stereotyping the candidates.

Pros: Receiving appreciation points at times inspires us to put in extra effort for our work.
Cons: Appraisals happen only once in a year, and a bonus is provided on a half-yearly basis. So, I believe that at least the bonus should be provided every six months.

Pros: If you are part of IBM, never feel any work pressure. IBM is providing free training and certification. You can change your career path easily.
Cons: The salary hike is very low as compared to others. Not getting any extra bonus or gift, like during Diwali or Dussehra.
