Pros: Very good benefits, extremely qualified professionals who share a lot of information, an infinite number of projects so we can always work on new things, and also a great certification program.
Cons: There is no Gympass and the salary is not that high compared to the same role in another company. The extremely low profit sharing is totally out of the market.

2. Management will always encourage your career growth and sees your skills and involvement.
Cons: 1. Sometimes people won't get the project according to their skills, and we won't have the option to choose the project after the internal interview.
