IBM conducted two interview rounds: one technical and another PMO.
In the PMO round, salary and other details were discussed. On the second day, my documentation and background verification were completed.
I waited for almost a month for an offer.
When I contacted the recruiters again, they sent an email stating they would not be proceeding with my candidature due to a lack of required approvals.
This wasted a lot of my time, and I only received acknowledgment after I initiated contact.
It was a bad experience.
Don't waste your time on this type of interview.
All Java 8 and microservices questions.
