Pros: Everything depends on which project you are working on.
* The learning opportunity is huge; you can excel in anything you choose.
* The annual bonus is pretty good.
* Work-life balance is excellent.
* There is no punch-in/punch-out time noted.
* Fun activities are part and parcel.
* There is no uniform culture.
* Everybody is given equal preference in terms of hierarchy.
Cons: Again, depends on your project.
* HR is simply a concept in IBM.
* Managers are all in all power.
* The salary hike is not up to the mark.
* OT hours are not paid (project-dependent).
