Process
I received a call from HR at IBM Solutions Delivery, and they scheduled me for the second stage, a technical interview.
I had the technical interview with a foreign interviewer. After that, I received no further communication from IBM regarding my status, so I emailed them to ask for an update.
They informed me that I had passed the second stage and would be updated soon regarding a client interview. However, months passed with no further movement. I inquired again and found out that my application had expired.
Geez, a poor process.
