My interview was scheduled by a consultant in Hyderabad. I went to their office and after a two-hour wait, attended the technical interview. I was asked very basic questions on Oracle PL/SQL and about Unix commands. The total time taken was around 30 minutes. Actually, you don't even know it's over before it gets done.
Then my PDM round was scheduled next, but the person had to leave, so it got postponed to the coming Monday. I went to the IBM Hyderabad office, and they made me wait for around 1.5 hours before I was asked to come in for the interview. A senior manager and an HR representative were present. I was asked generic questions about my experience at my current job. Then they negotiated the salary and promised that I would get the offer letter in about a week.
