Applications Developer Interview Experience - Pune, India
Process
I received a call from HR for an interview. Before the interview, I had to complete two tests, each lasting around 30 minutes. The interview location was IBM Yerwada, Pune. I reached there at around 10 am. It was the worst experience I have ever had.
The next round was an online HackerRank test with a duration of 90 minutes. There were around 40 candidates waiting for the test, and only 5 machines were available. I got a chance for the test after 3 pm. So, that process took around 6.5 hours. The interview management was very bad. The unavailability of machines was the worst part.
