Pros: - A lot of learning opportunities like certifications and IBM tools. - A lot of room to learn about different industries if you're brave enough to go find those projects yourself and not get sucked into an internal project. - Your fellow peers (people who started at the same time as you) are great people, with good talent who are excited to learn, so you get to have a really good atmosphere and culture in that aspect in the beginning. - Overall good company culture outside of the CIC. - IBM has good people working with them in general. - Diversity and inclusion.

Cons: - No room for growth. - Pay is HORRIBLE and not worth the amount of work you put in. - Leadership only cares to meet metrics and does not maintain a good relationship with their 'reportees'. - A lot of empty promises were told during the interview process. - I was never treated as an individual. It was very bureaucratic.

Pros: Exposure to IBM's working culture and its cutting-edge technology.

Cons: Less salary and less hikes. It's like a government job where very little learning happens.
