Pros: LGBTQ+ friendly. Day-to-day work and people are generally great to work with and hang out with. In-office culture is awesome, with a really light, friendly atmosphere. There are plenty of events to get involved in and meet people.

Cons: Took a contract-to-hire position. When they brought me on full-time, they offered a salary that was 25-40% less than my original contract salary. When you are not on a client project, direction and guidelines are very amorphous. After not having client work for several months (market conditions are tough, I get it), I received a PIP with factually inaccurate claims. I brought this up to my manager; it went nowhere. I was let go a few months later without being given any chances to defend myself or have any conversations with upper management, who was making decisions behind closed doors and not at all transparent. They never bothered to talk to me or my coworkers directly. My manager canceled more than five weekly one-on-ones during this period. I have a feeling I may have been thrown under the bus. Two weeks severance.

Pros: Good people to work with, okay location. Flexible holidays and sick days. Managers are reasonable and a quite relaxed environment.

Cons: The pay is a bit low and not very competitive. There is little room for growth, and you really have to sell yourself to get anywhere.

Pros: This is a good company.

Cons: This company has no cons.
