Pros: Big Organisation.
In/Out time constraint is not here.
Work life balance is good (in 7865 reviews).
Flexible timings and work from home option (I have a laptop, that's why I enjoy this privilege) (in 4141 reviews).
The people are great and the Extreme Blue program was excellent for learning principles of product design (in 4083 reviews).
Cons: Low salary and the increment was less than 2%, even for top performers, unless you got a band promotion" (in 4491 reviews)

Pros: Very good work-life balance. So much experience all around. Much more to learn than mere technical stuff.
Cons: Slow growth, mainly support and maintenance projects.
