Pros: Good work-life balance. Mandatory promotions. Blue Points. Good teamwork & great company to start with.

Cons: After a certain point in time, a career can become stagnant. Growth is pivotal (subjective to the project/domain).

Pros: This is only for Software Labs. It is a nice place to work. The people are good; since it was my first job, there was a hell of a lot of learning. The work-life balance is good. The management and everyone understand that you have a life outside the office, but the work always gets done no matter what. They pay well, considering all the flexibility and work that we do. There is also good recognition of work if you really stand out from the crowd. If you are just another person working as a software guy for the heck of it, don't bother; it will be the same for you everywhere. There is a good amount of energy in people to innovate and write new patents/ideas, which are rarely found in that much quantity in other companies.

Cons: It all depends on who your manager is and how much of an effort you put in for good results. I do not have any cons in particular. I have got everything I needed while I was there.

Pros: - Salary - Nothing else that I can think of

Cons: - Managers with huge egos and no clue of how to run the business - Backward thinking - Screwed up processes
