I received an email the morning after I applied online. I was given a cognitive assessment first.

After completing it successfully, I was then sent a coding challenge to complete within 14 days. I completed the challenge successfully and got most of the test cases to pass, although I had issues with runtime for the other test cases.

Cons: A lot of the systems are a mess. Executives have a resistance to new ideas. Layoffs happen. There is a lack of proper training and documentation. In many cases, people who worked on a certain feature have left the firm, and no one knows how they did it, and there is no proper documentation for it. No stock options. No RRSP match. Extremely tedious promotion/raise process. No fully remote option at the time of writing this.
