Got a call from a recruiter. They asked the basic questions, and the interview was scheduled.
There was one technical round and one managerial round.
The technical round went well.
However, the manager was literally an idiot. Instead of discussing IBM, he started discussing my other offer (I had one offer) and how much fixed salary I could get from that offer after removing variable pay. Finally, that idiot guy asked me whether I would agree to a hike on my current company salary (for which I was working). I immediately said no, dropped from the meeting, and gave feedback to HR.
Even the HR knew the panel was rude, yet she scheduled an interview with him. It was a waste of time and energy.
