I had my first-level interview, and the review from the interviewer was positive. However, I received a call from a different HR representative who told me to attend the first-level interview again because my data was not available in the database. The HR representative who scheduled my interview is not answering my calls now. Is this a scam? I'm totally disappointed.

Pros: 1. One of the leading IT outsourcing companies, focusing on development work, be it enterprise or open-source solutions.
2. Learning here is great, as long as you can keep up with the needs of each project assigned.
3. Has a strong HMO offer for successful candidates.
4. Bonuses depend on overall performance, along with the client or project assigned (depending also on the industry).
5. Provides work equipment (laptop).
Cons: Candidates need to be aware that in the event their assigned project or client ends, they are expected to skill up and apply for the list of clients for another project. (They should also pass the tech interviews).
Work arrangements depend on the project or assigned client. In cases where a candidate is considered a floating resource, they are required to be onsite daily, and/or if the account/client requires it.
(Note: Some clients are okay with a remote setup.)
