Process

Applied online through IBM Careers. Then they asked me to finish the IPAT test. After one week, I got a phone call from the manager and scheduled a remote interview. There were two interviewers: one was the manager, and the other was a database architect. It lasted about half an hour.

Questions were about the projects I have been involved in and volunteer experience. Although they don't expect database experience, I bet that will be a great asset.
