2nd phone interview with a senior developer on the team, including some technical questions.

3rd is an on-site interview via teleconference, with other members online, covering some basic technical questions.

Final IQ test, including around 30 questions.

Then negotiation with HR.

such as how to connect to a database in your code; and some basic C++ concepts, STL, MQ Series, etc.
