Process
I met a recruiter at my school's career fair, and they eventually passed my resume around.
An engineer reached out to me to schedule a phone interview with themselves, along with an alumnus from my university.
The phone interview lasted about an hour and consisted mostly of behavioral questions, as well as questions about my resume, background, and projects.
After several weeks, I was told that they do not hire individuals who do not hold a valid Green Card.
