This interview consisted of two phone interviews.
The first was with the direct manager I would be working under, and the second was with six partners within the team.
Overall, the atmosphere was friendly, and the questions were not overly technical, focusing more on explaining my experience.

Pros: The company policies (for hikes, on-site, band progression) are not very transparent, and there is no scope to contact your HR. Your only hope is your People Manager. Your future in IBM is in the hands of your manager.
Cons: IBM provides unlimited WFH that is actually good. But do not get over-excited reading this! Even this can depend on your manager ;)

Pros: Traveling and learning the SDLC
