The first round was a telephonic interview. The interviewer asked about my background and mainly tried to understand if I had relevant experience. The interviewer called 10 minutes directly before the scheduled time, which was surprising given the agreed-upon time.
After that, they sent a technical challenge. They expect you to design, estimate, resourcing, cost estimation, and list all requirements. They sent the assignment by 6 PM on Friday and expected the presentation before 9 AM on Monday (so you don't have any opportunity to ask questions).
Once you submit the assignment, they schedule an interview for the presentation. I needed to make some assumptions, for which the interviewer was not happy and was harsh. He went into great detail on each point without realizing that the person only had 2 days to prepare everything. Basically, the interviewer didn't want to understand your thinking about the design.
They expect you to be an expert in Cloud, Data, BA, and project estimation (basically everything). I wasted my weekend preparing the presentation without knowing how they treat you.
After that, I was rejected, saying I was overqualified.
Resource estimation, Cloud cost estimation, Application architecture, Data architecture design including logical and physical, Project duration estimation.
