Process
The interview process started with a phone screening with a recruiter.
This was followed by a mixed meeting that assessed both technical and soft skills.
After that, I was interviewed by two other people:
- One interviewer focused on technical aspects.
- The other focused on soft skills.
The technical part of the interview was satisfactory. However, the questions around soft skills were a bit offensive.
