The process started with a phone call from the department head. This call came three months after applying on the company website.
I was asked to come in for an on-site interview at the IBM facility. The interview was conducted by the team I would be working with. There weren't any technical questions; it was more about getting a feel for my personality and how I interacted with the team.
The interview concluded with a tour of the building I would be working in, if I were to get the position.
