Pros: You can access and use IBM's best analytics tools. Through Blue Opportunities, you can get involved in other interesting projects. As your daily job is usually boring, it is really up to you how much you use the benefits of the above options.
Home office is quite common, which is a very good benefit too.
Cons: - Jobs are controlled by processes, and due to the size of the company, you get a small part of the whole process.
- Like a manufacturing plant, you really need to make extra efforts to find what you would like.
- Compensation packages are below market averages.
- Personal evaluation is based on relative measures. So if there is anyone in your global team who found better in your area, you will not get the annual raise even if you are the best expert in your country or local site, no matter how hard you try.
