Pros: Being an intern at IBM gives you the chance to practice and learn at the same time, as the company makes sure that its interns get certified in most leading technologies.
Cons: I don't see any negative point.

Pros: Everyone on my team was really nice and willing to help. All you had to do was just ask.
Cons: I personally don't like being fully remote, which was what the internship was.
