Being an intern at IBM gives you the chance to practice and learn at the same time, as the company makes sure that its interns get certified in most leading technologies.
I don't see any negative point.
It's an online internship where we learn the basics of ML and AI, along with machine learning algorithms. We also complete a project that identifies employee burnout rates and the factors affecting employee stress and anxiety.
Coding assessment, phone interview (technical, not too much behavioral questions). I waited for about one week after the coding assessment to get the appointment for the phone interview. The final decision came in two weeks.
Did not respond back at all. Overall, a very slow and convoluted process. Bad HR department. Would not recommend this to anyone who is serious out there. Could have at least sent out a response of some sort.
