Database Administrator Interview Experience - Dubuque, Iowa
Process
The interview was scripted, not scenario-based, which is important for gauging your skill set. The interview questions were pulled from the internet and could be easily found by Googling them. I interviewed for their mid-level Database Administrator position and was hired for a senior position. I am sure this was due to my base salary requirement.
