A few days after I applied online, they emailed me to schedule a Skype interview.
The interview process was less than an hour. The people were nice and the questions were not very competitive.
They asked me some behavioral questions first, and then technical questions:
- Some Linux terminal command questions
- A problem-solving question

Pros: Working for IBM can be very rewarding. You get to know a lot of new technology and meet a lot of smart people. The working hours are fairly flexible.
Cons: There is not too much reward compensation-wise at the end of each year. At least for me, I worked hard and worked overtime a lot, but at the end of the year, they try to compare you with everyone else in your rank. Only a very small number of people can get raises. Not to mention, there is no overtime pay and near to none bonus.

Pros: Work-life balance, multiculturalism, and numerous opportunities to try different work within the same department. Nice working environment; people around like to help each other.
Cons: Heavy process, not a very clear picture on product strategy. Sometimes feel too many reviews and not enough time focused on work items.
