Process
The regular interview process. The process was regular, and I actually really liked it for the regularness of it all. Also, hello! Please just let me view the salaries. Stop giving me assignments to write more and more words just to view a salary. Stop it.

Dev Ops Engineer • Current Employee

October 16, 2023
Pros: 1st and 2nd line managers truly care about their direct reports. Many learning options are available for IBM tools.
Cons: Senior IBM executives don't care about lower-level employees.
They have and use many tools to lay off employees. It seems like a regular/rotating process.
The level of legal/security/process overkill limits work agility.
