Process
The process, from my initial contact with the recruiter to the third and final interview, took less than a week.
At the end of the tech interview, the lead of the department expressed significant interest in my skills and experience. He stated that my profile was exactly what they were looking for and that he hoped to see me again, once IBM contacted me.
A week later, with no response, I contacted the recruiter, only to discover she was no longer working for IBM.
I then reached out to the lead who interviewed me via LinkedIn, but he never replied.
Essentially, they ghosted me. Radio silence. This is incredibly rude.
Who would want to work for a company that displays such values?
