Pros: The secret to climbing up the ladder is proper networking; else, you will fail miserably in this company. There are enough learning opportunities, and it also facilitates work from home.
Cons: Thrives on known face recognition.
Limited projects in hand currently, hence options are extremely restricted.

Pros: I loved my stint with the company. Super helpful colleagues, a very healthy work environment. My group and management were excellent, and there was a flexible work schedule.
Cons: Might not give you proper salary hikes. Bonuses at times are minimal. Need good networking skills.
