Process
A fairly standard interview process, combined of a recruiter screening, a brief technical screening, and a 3-hour technical interview.
I enjoyed the Taos process, and my recruiter was very transparent throughout the entire process.
The 3-hour technical review is a gauge of how deep you, as a potential employee, can go in all subject areas of IT, from cloud and load balancers to Linux internals and databases.
