Process
Nice interview, nice, nice. Great work on the same dates. Posting comments on the other person's work is not hard, but to make it a successful one, you need to be planned and organized until the depth of the course.

The worst company ever experienced
Database Administrator • Former Employee
Katowice, Poland
June 10, 2022
Pros: Give opportunities to beginners, but use the position to pay low salaries while demanding the work of senior engineers.
Cons: So many that I can’t list: extremely low salaries, absolutely no training, no free time for self-development, and no career growth.
The global rich company couldn’t provide with a break room, one microwave for hundreds of people.
Pushing to have on-call duties two weeks per month, 24/7, which was an absolute nightmare because of bad management and the company's infrastructure.
Rare annual low bonuses, baby-step raises.
Never again!

Pros: - Not much pressure from management if you do what you are tasked to do.
- Technical & process trainings; you can get trained pretty well and move to a better-paid position somewhere else.
- Good work-life balance, no overtime needed.
Cons: Many people lack competence in their areas and don't feel like improving.
There's no knowledge-sharing approach; you have to come up with basic things yourself.
Poor bonuses.
