- Technical & process trainings; you can get trained pretty well and move to a better-paid position somewhere else.
- Good work-life balance, no overtime needed.
Many people lack competence in their areas and don't feel like improving.
There's no knowledge-sharing approach; you have to come up with basic things yourself.
Poor bonuses.

Software Engineer (Internship)
The interviewers were cool and presented medium/hard LeetCode problems for the role. I had a good time with the recruiters and engineers, who were very respectful and pleasant. I will definitely try again next season.
Technical Solutions Manager
The first call was with an HR person, where high-level information was provided. The second call was with the Line Manager to give the history of the CV and answer some generic questions about skills, seniority, etc.

The interview consisted of questions about bash, system administration, Python, and C++. It also covered my university project experience. The interviewers were nice, and the whole experience was pleasant.
