Pros: There are not many pros at IBM Kolkata. Projects are somewhat okay.
Cons: Manager-oriented company, that's why you have to be always "Yes." Reviews about supervisors/managers are not taken from employees. Low/no salary increment. Technically not great. Work-life balance sucks.
