Process

Went through campus recruiting.

Campus recruiters passed my resume to different managers. It appeared that the person visiting the campus did not have any influence on hiring decisions.

After 90 days, one manager contacted me for a phone screen.

Technical interviews were conducted with two different senior-level hardware engineers.

After two months, I was invited for an onsite interview (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). I had to tour the facilities, and the employers showed what they were doing. There were no technical questions, despite my extensive preparation.

Questions

At the end of the interview, the manager asked me:

Where do you see yourself in five years? How do you cope with stress?

Most of them were behavioral questions.

Was this helpful?
