Entry Level Software Engineer Interview Experience - San Francisco, California

Process

I applied online through their job portal. After a few weeks, they sent me a coding challenge, which I completed. About a few more weeks later, a recruiter contacted me to schedule an interview with an engineer. However, the interview was never scheduled. They stated they could not schedule me an interview due to too many applicants. This was very unprofessional.

My chance was robbed by a condescending recruiter who never bothered to schedule me an interview with a real person.
