Process
The first step was a phone interview with the manager, who asked questions about team projects in college and work experience.
A few weeks later, I toured the facility and met with technical leaders. It was quite informal, and at no point did anyone press me on my technical knowledge.
Finally, I had to take an online aptitude test. It was insanely stressful, but apparently I did fine!
