Lots of networking opportunities
Front End Developer Intern • Current Employee

Pros: My division used new technology, had amazing work-life balance (paid floater days, paid birthdays, paid holidays, long Christmas break), and had lots of networking opportunities.
Cons: Can't really think of much.

Nice Team, Awkward Return Offer
Front End Developer Intern • Former Employee
Southbury, Connecticut, United States
September 8, 2020
Pros: Flexible, good culture, nice folks.
Cons: I wasn't a fan of the process for getting a return offer after an internship. You had to apply to your same team and location. If you wanted to switch or they weren't hiring, you just applied in the regular applicant pool.

Unbeatable hands-on experience
Front End Developer Intern • Current Employee

Pros: Interns are treated like junior developers.
Great hackathon experience.
Even with a remote internship, we were able to have a meaningful internship.
Cons: A lot of new technologies to learn in a short period of time.
