The interview process was very straightforward. The questions were not very technical. There were no coding questions. I was just asked about my past experiences. The technical questions that were asked were mostly like trivial short answer questions.

Pros: IBM has a best-in-class working environment where you are 100% flexible on timings. The quality of the work matters here, not how many hours you are online. It's a great company for growth and exponential learning opportunities.
Cons: No cons at all till now that I have experienced.
