Pros: I don't have any specific field in mind, but you will receive many benefits (food, travel, a good health plan, free courses on various platforms...). This is a good choice for growth and Diversity & Inclusion. (I've heard it's difficult to transfer from Brazil to other IBM locations like Canada, Estonia, or the E.U.A.).
Cons: Salary is close to every programmer in Brazil, but so little from a global view.

Pros: Lots of employee support, ways to get involved, good people.
Cons: Easy to get “lost” in it (think cog in the machine). Bureaucratic behind-the-scenes can make it hard to get promotions without changing roles entirely.
