Pros: - Many extra benefits and good social work.
- Good work environment.
- Many courses to learn in general.
- Good independence for working; you work well and calmly.
Cons: The payment.
Position scaling seems impossible. I took all the courses to get promoted, and the manager told me that even if I have everything, I can't get promoted if a spot doesn't open up and that "things were complicated" (they've been complicated for 2 years).
