Pros: Great learning culture, collaborativeness, friendliness, and opportunities to do more things outside of my main role.
Cons: Some of the work might get too specific and repetitive, especially for entry-level. So I needed to always diversify my work by offering help in other areas.

Pros: During your year there, you will be involved in a lot of projects and be included in a team of hardworking professionals from whom you will learn a lot. The placement scheme allows you to meet loads of interns who will become your friends for the year, and together you'll go through everything. Placement managers are super helpful and dedicated to make your time there worthwhile.
Cons: Can't think of any straightforward cons. Most of my placement was online due to COVID, so meeting people was a bit difficult at first.
Depending on your team, your day could be more or less stressful.

Cons: Salary is a bit low, and they have just mandated three days in per week.
