First, there is a test on HackerRank which contains both coding and technical questions from branch-specific topics. Then, there is an almost 1-hour technical interview. After that, a 30-minute Cognify test, and finally, a 15-minute manager interview.

Pros: IBM gave me meaningful work as an intern and continued to use my project after I left.
Cons: The engineers at this location skew older in age, and the spirit of innovation wasn't overwhelmingly present. They are definitely making an effort to improve, though!
