Pros: The work environment is good. The facilities and equipment provided by the company are very good. The benefits are fine.
There is schedule flexibility and home office. There are many educational resources.
Cons: Professional growth is slow and I believe that, as in many places, merit doesn't always come first. Connections, friendships, etc. come first. The salary is good, but it could be more competitive.
