The recruitment process had four stages:
- Cognitive Ability Assessment
- Coding assessment
- HR Interview
- Technical Interview
The interviews were of average difficulty. The technical interview tested foundational skills such as OOP principles, Java language basics, Git, and more.
The process was straightforward, lasting around two weeks. I received an offer after two days.
