Process
They asked me to look at some C++ code and tell them what the function did. They then asked if I knew what a class was. They were nice, and I wasn't prepared for how easy it was. I got an offer a few days later.

Money for Nothing
Java Applications Developer • Current Employee

Pros: Paid a lot for doing absolutely nothing.
Cons: Doing absolutely nothing. They would pay travel expenses for me to go sit in a cafeteria at some client's office building for months at a time doing nothing because the team I was on had about 8 people for 1-person, 20 hour/week worth of work. It was hilarious and, hey, free travel, but I got zero relevant development experience for my 2 years working as a Java Developer. I literally didn't touch Java code once while there.
