Cons: Horrible internship plan or for those new to the market, without career planning either. Takes a bunch of random courses without a defined objective. If you are an intern or new to the market, I seriously do not recommend it. The company has employees assigned for years who think interns are not human or have no rights. People always trying to step over you. Projects are not structured or meetings are not productive, depending on the team. For those who become employees, quality of life decreases.

Pros: Paid a lot for doing absolutely nothing.

Cons: Doing absolutely nothing. They would pay travel expenses for me to go sit in a cafeteria at some client's office building for months at a time doing nothing because the team I was on had about 8 people for 1-person, 20 hour/week worth of work. It was hilarious and, hey, free travel, but I got zero relevant development experience for my 2 years working as a Java Developer. I literally didn't touch Java code once while there.
