Process

Applied via IBM's site.

After five weeks, I had an interview with the hiring manager. We mainly discussed my resume and some behavioral questions.

A week later, I took an IPAT (aptitude) test.

A week after that, I had a technical interview with two members of the team I applied for. It was an easy interview if you prepared.

Questions

Simple Java questions:

  • Why do you use generics?
  • What's the difference between == and .equals()?
  • What are linked lists?
