Cons: A lot of competition for projects, a lot of corporate bureaucracy. You can get easily lost in the crowd of similar employees. Each manager is responsible for many employees. Business is down, but changing in a positive way (hopefully).

Cons: A lot of competition for projects, a lot of corporate bureaucracy. You can get easily lost in the crowd of similar employees. Each manager is responsible for many employees. Business is down, but changing in a positive way (hopefully).
