Pros: Access to learning platforms and a large community of people willing to do coaching. If you are a woman, it is easier to have opportunities. It is a stable job. The average tenure of an employee is close to 8 years.

Cons: You must be proactive, as nobody cares about your career plan. Getting a raise is very difficult. Being sent to another country or how to change projects isn't even documented, so it's almost impossible. Opportunities are by luck. Due to its excessive bureaucracy, many of the benefits are not worth it.
